I went to Chicago this last weekend. This is a view looking north over East Monroe, from the (I believe new) walkway from Millenium Park to the Art Institute of Chicago. Full trip recap here.

Well done. The bus makes it, but it’s a good image, and well handled in post. It wants to be rendered pretty big.

This photograph captures what I love about Chicago. It’s the big city with the kind Midwestern heart, like an emotionally-available New York. The buildings look intimidating, but you can just tell all those pedestrians are warm, helpful people with great senses of humor. Or maybe that’s just how it looks to me.
